Cancellation terms
Cancellation policy:
- Services ordered can be cancelled without a penalty charge until 3 calendar days prior your arrival.
- For cancellations within 3 calendar days a penalty of 50% will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of NO SHOW (failure to show up) a penalty of 100% will be charged for all services ordered.
Payment terms
Method of payment: bank transfer, cash, bank card, or Széchenyi Leisure Card
- 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance within 5 calendar days from receipt of the confirmation.
- In the case of last-minute bookings (within 3 days), payment is made on site upon arrival. To guarantee the reservation, providing a credit card guarantee and authorising pre-authorisation is required.
- In the case of bank transfer, please include your name, address and the reference number shown on the pro forma invoice in the payment reference, as these are required for issuing the advance invoice.
- If you wish to pay the deposit with a Széchenyi Leisure Card, please send us your card details, your address and the date of your reservation.
